Funny you should mention - as soon as the weather here in Michigan hit 40 degrees last week - I started getting scared - that I would be locked in the house and not be able to ride my bike, etc. - but I do have a treadmill and am going to get a rebounder very soon - when I hear the holidays - and with me working in an office - I sort of think - am I going to gain for the holidays - it has crossed my mind. But I don't ever and I mean ever want to go back to the weight I was before my Fitbit - EVER ! I make myself accountable to my Fitbit friends and they usually expect to hear what I am doing for workouts for the day. Keeps us motivated.

God bless the home treadmill. I may have spent hours on it on Christmas day, but it's the only way I managed to eat a little bit of everything on the table and still stay on track!!!
