Working full-time at a hospital

Hello everyone!

 

Firstly, I've had a couple of FitBits back in my day but now I'm really committed to helping others, joining groups, and starting challenges with new friends! Since the pandemic has hit us, I have been working at a local Boston hospital for some time now. I can see my sleep getting lessen, what I eat all depends on who's open to order something quick

soi need help with what food fills you up the most during your shifts. ? I can see myself gaining weight and I know it's because of the eating and fewer movements within the day. 

 

 

any advice, also add me as a friend, we can kick butt together

Hey! I'm getting better with my portions but I find with the covid its hard
to feel motivated to exercise. I'm walking at my desk for 5 minutes every
hour. I've stopped snacking as much but lately I've had a major sweet
tooth. I hope you are having a great week!

thank you so much for your advice. I'll start doing some walking around the office every hour, as soon as 3 o'clock hits I'm exhausted from the day
