Hello everyone!
Firstly, I've had a couple of FitBits back in my day but now I'm really committed to helping others, joining groups, and starting challenges with new friends! Since the pandemic has hit us, I have been working at a local Boston hospital for some time now. I can see my sleep getting lessen, what I eat all depends on who's open to order something quick
soi need help with what food fills you up the most during your shifts. ? I can see myself gaining weight and I know it's because of the eating and fewer movements within the day.
any advice, also add me as a friend, we can kick butt together

thank you so much for your advice. I'll start doing some walking around the office every hour, as soon as 3 o'clock hits I'm exhausted from the day
