I think it depends on the type of cardio you’re doing (low-intensity like walking, or high-intensity like zumba etc.) and your personal preferences (how you feel working out after eating), as well as how big is your dinner (for some people, it’s the main meal of the day, for others, it can be more like a snack). I’d also pay attention to how close your workout is to bedtime, especially if it’s high-intensity (you want enough time to wind down).
