I often should I weigh myself?? Weekly or everyday?

I tend not to do it more than once or twice a week usually on a Saturday (and sometimes Wednesday). I don't want to do it too much or I'll drive myself crazy. Your weight can fluctuate naturally, and if I did it every day, I'd see no difference today, next day maybe a little loss, then a little gain... back to a loss. By spreading it out, I see the trend better without discouragement.

There is no right or wrong answer. It comes down to personal preference. I personally weigh-in once a week (every Sunday @ 8am) and track my measurements as well. It is important to always take your measurements/weight at the same time since weight fluctuates during the day. However, I know people that weigh in daily and are okay with it. Just be prepared to see your weight go up one day then back down. The human body will fluctuate weight up/down between days, it is the overall trend you want to look at. I find it easier to not weigh in daily so I don't fall into the trap of getting discouraged when one day my weight goes up. Best of luck on your journey.

I weight myself everyday. I use a multitude of measures to assess my progress: weight, inches lost, and a lot of non-scale victories alongside how I physically feel. As a result, I don't tend to get down on myself when I don't see the scale budge everyday. However, I know a lot of people really want to see that change whenever they step on the scale so delaying to a weekly or monthly weigh-in tends to work a lot better.
When it comes to measuring inches, I believe that a monthly measure on the same day/time is the best route. If I am going to go through the pain-in-the butt that is accurate measurement, I want to see some results! I measure monthly to go for the "Wow!" factor 🙂
Truly - my favorite measurement in thinking of what I can do today that I couldnt' do yesterday, last week, last month or last year. Nothing inspires me more than this! Weighing less is great. Being smaller is fabulous. But nothing beats the confidence of knowing how much I can do and how absolutely terrific I feel!
