where do i find my ideal weight?

@atx1967 here are some links I found doing a quick search.  Most online calculators rely on the BMI (Body Mass Index) as the basis for their recommendations.  While BMI is okay if you fit in to the "average" category it is important to know the limitations of this method.  For example, someone with a lot of muscle mass would be considered overweight and possibly even obese based on BMI because it doesn't factor in the different type of weight (fat vs muscle) it only looks at your weight proportional to your height.  I would suggest talking with your doctor or a nutritionist to come up with a healthy goal weight for you.
