such a pity i lost my fitbit flex at North Sea Jazz. I've lost 2 kilo's in weight and was very happy with the flex but the only bad part was the way it should stay closed. Mine didn't and that's how i lost it!.

Email them and swhat happened, they may send you out a new one due to the band coming off

They did for me, lost mine out on a bike ride (just the tracker was in my
sock) and they have sent a new one out to me
