Hey girl! I can relate! I run and do aerobics and still can't get rid of my pooch! I would recommend though that you start doing weights. Even just 5-10 minutes a day targetting different areas of your body. You can't just work your abs and hope they get better. Your body is just one big team of interacting muscles. If your help them all, they will help you! Besides, muscle burns more calories than fat. So you'll be toned and slim 🙂
