pounds to lose goes up even though I have not weighed in...

Something strange seems to be happening with my force/aria. Even though i have not stepped on my scale (& I have increased my walking to 4.5 miles per day without increasing food intake), my dashboard reports a higher weight (even though I have not stepped on my scale for weeks). My body fat measurement is also increasing. How do the force/aria measure my weight if I do not get on the scale?

Are you following the calories in the food plan fit bit gives you? 

 

Alot of times their food plan calories are WAY to low, and will cause your body to go into starvation mode, resulting in weight gain. 

 

  (I was following it - the medium plan gave me 1100 cals - but my dr said that's ridiculous since my RMR is 1800 - causing my body to keep every calorie I ate.)

I'm not really using the calorie counting portion. I have the Aria scale
and I thought this is what would record my weight. But my weight changes
without me getting not the scale!
