@FrenchUSA then listen and learn, as you posted above. It may seem hard to you, but we really tried to help you until you started asking @SunsetRunner personal questions and wanted to be on Google Hangouts. We didn't join these forums to meet people, but to learn more about ourselves and our Fitbits. If you're concerned about your daughter, you need to seek professional medical advise. You have yet to tell us which Fitbit you have and how you're syncing. Do you have a problem with your Fitbit? So far, it seems you're more interested in playing than in actually making a difference in your life and that of your daughter's.
