Hi @motus
Your cardio level will be fine as long as you keep up your exercise regimen. As far as gaining weight, there are a lot of ways to do that. You try to eat an extra meal a day, or add some snacks, or eat more calorie-dense foods like peanut butter. If you lift weights, upping protein helps. If you are more into cardio/running, probably adding carbs would be better.
Mostly, it comes down to whichever way agrees with your body and your personality. Some people just can't make themselves eat an extra meal or add too many snacks, and need to go to higher calorie foods. Just try different things and see what works for you.

Thanks for sharing information. Winters are arriving. Spending longer indoors, less movements and more of eating– it’s natural that one may put on a little extra weight in winters. And with your normal workout routine cold weather can inhibit expected results as the cold weather metabolizes fat differently in winters. These weight management supplements can help lose a few pounds, but cutting carbs and more protein intake are still the best options for weight management.
