Without knowing the specifics of your situation, the first is to address caloric intake counting. You should eat 1400 calories max a day while losing weight. Also, look at your carb intake. High carb foods like bread, carrots, pasta, etc will cause weight stall or gain if not burned off during the day eaten.
Do you work out in a gym or outside? Mix up your exercise routine. Muscle memory is a work out killer.
I find that if I do not eat enough calories, I will gain a few pounds and stall. When I eat enough calories, I will again drop the weight.
