Female Health Tracker Really Off

Has anyone else notice their female health tracker go wonky? Mine was tracking my cycles just fine and now all of the sudden it's predicting 90 days until my next one. While that would be wonderful in the perfect world, it's highly inaccurate.

Hey there @mzdov, thanks for stopping by! Hmmm... this is very strange. I'd recommend doing the following:

• Make sure the Fitbit app is up-to-date
• Log out of your Fitbit app
• Force quit the app
• Turn off the Bluetooth
• Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
• Turn on the Bluetooth
• Log back into your Fitbit app

Let me know if this does the trick. If your app is still showing wrong data, can you please send me a screenshot showing what your app says?

It didn't. All of my information is gone. Sick of this happening
