Female health doesn’t open on charge 3

Hi, 

I just bought a charge 3 and the female health tracking button doenst work and neither does the button within the settings. 

I already tried the following steps and it still doesn’t work.

  • Log out from your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync
  • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app 

Any my other suggestions to solve the problem?

Hi @Birambi, welcome! Congrats on your new Charge 3. 

 

You did a great job with those steps. You didn't mentioned if you're using an iOS device, but in case that you do; please check the steps suggested by our friend @Domi_vd. We received a report of a group of people having similar issues when using Dutch language on the Fitbit App. In case that you are not using the English language, you can give it a try to see if this applies to you. Please let me know the outcome of this case. 

 

If this doesn't' help we'll further investigate. Keep me posted.
