I’m seeing I’m far from the only person with the issue of your fertility tracking not giving us a pregnancy option. Since it’s important to our doctors that we track health especially in early pregnancy, not having the option to add custom notes or disable the cycle is BEYOND irritating. I think it’s ridiculous to offer a “morning after pill” quick-add but nothing relating to ovulation or pregnancy tests. Again, even a custom notes option would solve this.

Hey there @Osh2007, it's nice to see you here! I totally understand you, the pregnancy and customization of notes options are great ideas. 

While you may not be able to log any of those at the moment, please add it to our Feature Suggestions.

I was making some research and was able to find these ideas asking for the same:
