Anyone know how to fix the view only mode on period predictor? I keep accepting the term but nothing happens.

Hi everyone!
Excellent news. I've been informed that this issue has been fixed!
Have a great day.
I just switch from the inspire 2 to the charge 6 and I can't get my watch to sync with the app for the period tracker.
I have also had other issues with the watch refusing to sync. I have tried all the suggestions of reset my watch, phone, app, deleting/reinstalling, logging in and out! Nothing works.
Best AnswerMy menstrual cycle tracker is stuck in view only mode. I was able to edit this just 2 days ago, but now I can’t. Also keeps reverting to a page asking to use my data for tracking and predictions. Whether I click “agree” or “no thanks,” nothing happens and I’m promoted to answer the question all over again. So frustrating as this is my main way to track my periods. Tracking has been extremely accurate. And all other apps require a subscription
Same here.
Same here. I’ve redownloaded the app twice. I’ve done the updates. I’ve re logged in etc etc. I’ve checked google account. It’s accepting that I’ve accepted re managing data. But still not letting me log anything and reverting back to the same question. So frustrating.

I’ve since unwittingly fixed (??) it. I downloaded the app onto my tablet. (Android vs iPhone) and instantly worked. Didn’t even need to sync my Bluetooth for the watch to sync as didn’t need that element. Now moving forward and seemingly working on my phone….

Ahh ignore me. Worked at the time. Popped out for a walk. But since the same issue again. I wouldn’t mind but it’s not calculating the steps right either or properly counting my weekly total either …
I have the exact same issue. I tried everything…everything ChatGPT suggested, even logged in and out, checked privacy settings, uninstalled and reinstalled. It’s frustrating, especially when I have my period and cramps..
I have been logging my period in the app for a year now with no issues. Today when I go in to menstrual health, click on + to add a period, it asks me to accept the menstrual tracking terms, I do and it bumps me back to the main screen of the app. Then I try again with the exact same results.
the app is up to date and there is no menstrual section in settings in the app.
I am also having the same problem. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, logged out and logged in again, turned off menstrual health and turned it on again, and keep getting the same view only option even after agreeing to the terms every time I am asked. My guess is at the latest update Fitbit made a programming error and will fix it next update. Unless you are very regular I would write down your past few month’s data on a year calendar to help with predictions until they fix the glitch.
My brain couldn't even process a new way to track because I’ve been using this feature for so long. So thank you for that.
Same! It was quite annoying that it would suggest every day to log my period so I switched the predictions off, now knowing that it would put the whole thing into "view only" mode. And now I cannot switch back, even though I want to log other data.
Absolutely stuck.
