Period predictor stuck on view only

Anyone know how to fix the view only mode on period predictor? I keep accepting the term but nothing happens.

Still the same issues today, went on to log my from today and getting the view only mode, searched and thankfully have seen all your messages so happy it’s not just me being thick, hopefully they will fix soon or at least tell us how to fix as like you have all mentioned it pops up asking you to consent, you click yes and then nothing happens and still stuck in view only mode, so frustrating

Mine is the same, not sure if that was some error from a recent update but also it’s not tracking my sleep anymore. I notice both errors started last Monday.

I’m having the same issue. I wonder if a notification can be added whilst the problem is looked into to save lots of users much time spent confused in the infinity loop!?

Same! I don’t like that you can’t just remove a cycle if it’s late. Then when I finally got it I could not edit.

It is only a suggestion re the menstrual tracker feature being possibly moved to Premium only off the back of the fact that, after having used Step Challenge throughout lockdown with friends and family to encourage us all to keep moving and keep our fitness levels up, this feature was then removed and afterwards only available in Premium l. I guess due to popularity….. and money making of course lol!

Also having the same issue in the app. A little annoyed that this question was flagged as resolved since it’s not resolved nor do we have an ETA on a fix.
 
It would be great if it is fixed in a timely manner, but honestly not holding my breath. The menstrual tracking has not synced properly onto the charge 6 for years (and before that the luxe) even when the information in the app is correct, it shows something different on the watch. I have requested support for that issue multiple times and many people have commented about the same issue and it’s been YEARS with no apparent attempt to fix.

Thanks I was trying to update my start date yesterday morning and kept getting these results too.  Luckily I use FLO and just log Fitbit as an extra tracker.  Now if they get our friends fully converted to Fitbit (Google) and community post updated to 2025 with challenges, I’d be happier!
