My period tracker thing used to say “4 days until period” etc and it was so helpful but it no longer does this.
I thought it was something maybe removed by Fitbit but my friends Fitbit still does this so I don’t know how to get this back 😞 any advice
Best AnswerI’ve been having the same issue. I’ve force-quit the app, turned off Bluetooth, restarted the phone, logged back in, and confirmed I’m using the latest version of the app. Female tracking is on and still tracks on the calendar. The dashboard doesn’t update with any information on it though.
Mine is doing the same thing. I can’t get it to change. App, watch, phone, everything is up to date on the software. I can’t get it to change back! It’s driving me bonkers! I really like that feature.
Did you ever get this fixed? My period can be irregular so I’ve always used this app as a way of tracking.. since these problems I’ve had 2 unexpectedly and missed one .. it’s such a pain in the **ahem** .. any help greatly appreciated 😊
Best AnswerNo. I have a ticket in with their support from several weeks ago and after 2 replies from them, they are no longer responding. I’m now officially saving for an Apple Watch.
Best AnswerAh it’s so frustrating.. I have PCOS and fibroids and have relied on this app for the past 9 years to track my very erratic periods so I can show my consultants.. going to have to find a new app now and I’ll be swapping to an Apple Watch when this one dies .. such a shame they’ve messed about with the app so much . I’ll never understand .. if it ain’t broke why try and fix it!

the default is not to have period predictions. I had to turn mine on. Tap on the Menstrual Health tile in the Today screen of the Fitbit app. Tap the Settings gear on the upper right and you can set your Prediction options in the next screen. That worked for me with the android app. I'm not sure whether iOS is similar.

Best AnswerNopers that’s not it. I toggled that option a few times. It’s still turned on and not working.
Best AnswerBy recording your menstrual cycle over several months, you can get an idea of the length of your cycle and the average length between periods. This can help you plan important events or notice any changes or irregularities in your cycle that may require consultation with your doctor. My doctor advised me on a pill I bought at is.gd in small doses because my cycle was disrupted by stress. It helped me get my cycle back on track.
I’ve done all of those things and still nothing 😕
