Having seen the posts starting in 2017 requesting a pregnancy mode I know I didn't really need to comment however how many votes will it take until this is actually a thing as I have voted on the one you put in the comments of other people's requests already? Apps like Flow which predict your period and capture your mood have a pregnancy mode which you can literally turn on and then it keeps a track of how many weeks you are and you can still log activity and mood. Any new features for Fitbit could be limited it's just demoralising telling me my resting heart rate is poor for someone my age or over weight when there isn't much I can do about it at the moment. I get that it's about goals and reminders but it really would help the well being of women if this could be established sooner rather than later?

I check check every few weeks to see if any development has been made in this area. There not being a pregnancy option on the female health tracker seems absurd.

I agree. Fitbit needs to have both a pregnancy mode and breastfeeding mode.
Pregnancy mode should reflect increased caloric needs in 2nd and 3rd trimester, as well as changing standards for BMI, heart rate, etc.
Breastfeeding mode should reflect caloric needs.
If Fitbit has this, I would have actually logged my food while breastfeeding and struggling to lose weight!
