Fitbit Update: 2/25/19
Hi, everyone!
Today we have released the Fitbit for Android app version - 2.88 to all users. This app version contains the fix for period data being deleted. Please update to this version as soon as you can.
In addition, I would like to make it clear that any data that may have disappeared will not re-appear after updating to this new app version. We hope this sets you all back on track and we're super thankful for your patience while this was investigated.
Now that a fix has been released, I'm going to close this thread from further comments. If you come across this issue in the future or have any new issue to report we ask that you create a new topic to let us know.

Hi, @Lena11! That's really strange, since your data are stored on the Fitbit server. In fact, I just uninstalled and reinstalled my app with no issues. Are you sure the tile is not just missing? If you scroll down to the bottom of the app and click edit, you can see all hidden tiles.

Fed up as I keep loosing all my data on my female health tracker!!!
I also seem to have issues with my Alta syncing and keep having to reset it, meaning I am losing the ability to track my steps, workings and more. Unsure if these are relayed or two separate "glitches'
Love my fitbit but am getting frustrated

This is also happening on IOS - my iphone app has lost all data and when I try to re-enter it, it disappears after a couple of seconds.
