Hi, everyone!
Today we have released the Fitbit for Android app version - 2.88 to all users. This app version contains the fix for period data being deleted. Please update to this version as soon as you can.
In addition, I would like to make it clear that any data that may have disappeared will not re-appear after updating to this new app version. We hope this sets you all back on track and we're super thankful for your patience while this was investigated.
Now that a fix has been released, I'm going to close this thread from further comments. If you come across this issue in the future or have any new issue to report we ask that you create a new topic to let us know.

I just went into the female health tracking calendar to update the info for this week; everything is gone, including the last period I input, among other things. I went through the steps you outlined and it made me go through setting it up from the beginning. My last period is still gone. Any ideas how to fix this?
All of my added period data has also been deleted. And now if I try to add a period the app stops working and restarts 😞

Thanks for jumping in here and following the recommendations provided in the Female Health board @mesaana and @mburr!
I recommend uninstalling and re-installing the Fitbit app. Once re-installed, let me know if that fixes the app crashes and also if your data is back.
Looking forward to your response!

Thanks for the update @mesaana! I'm glad to hear it stopped crashing. However, I'd like you to post me back if your periods keep deleting again so I can report this to the team.
Catch you later!

I just opened my app today and found out I have the same problem! I tried the steps above and the data is still missing ![]()
Best AnswerI recently got a new phone and when i downloaded fitbit none of my past periods showed up so I manually entered them. Then I noticed that the predictions aren't working even though they're checked. I've tried the force stop/turn off phone instructions and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Which when I did that it wiped all my past periods again and didn't fix a thing. I'm really disappointed because it's a really nie feature when it works.
Best AnswerI have just done an update yo my Samsung android and all the info I had stored for the ladt few months has gone.
Had been detailing it all on here and now no idea where I am in my cycle.
Best AnswerHi
My female health data was also deleted. I tried several fixes and the data continues to disappear despite having saved it.
Thanks
Best AnswerAll my tracking is gone. Periods and other symptoms. Very frustrating since I liked the tracker so much I didn't bother tracking elsewhere so I can't even reenter the data. Is there any way fitbit can recover it?
