Please give the ability to remove the female health tracker tile from the fitbit charge 2. I have tried to remove this tile and it does not let me because apparently there are a minimim of 8 tiles you have to keep on the app. As someone who had many health issues, I do not have "female health issues" and it is very upsetting to me to even have to look at that tile every time I look at my fitbit app.

I agree. I want to delete the female health tile, as well as the food and water logs, but I really, really do not want the female health line. Please allow us to delete it.

Hi there @Alicelorine, welcome to the Community Forums.
If you no longer want Female Health Tracking on your Charge 3, please consider deleting all the info input for female health tracking on your Fitbit app. Once you completely remove the data inserted and then sync again it will remove the tile from your tracker.
Please note that you can't remove your female health tracking data only from the device, you must remove your data from the Fitbit app to delete the information from your device. Hiding the female health tracking tile from your app dashboard does not delete your female health tracking data from your mobile app or your device.
In regards to Weight loss, you can remove many of the apps installed on your watch, although some apps, such as Today and Settings, can't be removed.
Let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist you.

Hi there @Alicelorine, thanks for coming back. Can you please send me a screenshot of your Female Health Tile?
As suggested, if you remove all the data entered in the Female Health tracking, the tile should be removed from your Charge 3. Just as described in the image below:
The information can be found at: How do I set up the Female Health tracking feature in the Fitbit app?
I'll be around, keep me posted.

Hi amyrose76 - Did you ever get an answer to this concern? I got my FitBit Charge3 2 days ago and I can not figure out how to take the female health tracker off of my fitbit watch. At 33 years old, I had a hysterectomy and I do not need the fitbit watch to tell me what day of they think I am in my "non-existent" cycle.
