Hi, I am unable to add a period. I know I need to either press and hold on the date, or select the pencil icon, neither works today.
i noticed that the iOS app was updated today, are these things related? I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, and have verified that I have the latest version of the app.
Thanks!
10/31: This is now resolved. Thanks!

Hi @SunsetRunner, I'm so glad to see you here. Welcome!
Thanks for trying to solve the issues with Female Health tile. I haven't heard similar cases after the update but I really appreciate the time you took to report it. I'd suggest try to force quite and log out/in from the Fitbit App. Then try again.
If this is not working, can you please send a screenshot of what you can see from your end. For more how-to information, please check out our help article: How do I use the Fitbit app to track my period?
Keep me posted.

I’m having exactly the same problem. Nothing happens when I press and hold on the date or click on the pencil. I’ve forced quit, logged out and back in and switched period predictions off and on but nothing has sorted this issue.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Liissaa! As mentioned here, please close and then restart the app. Also worth noting that you should have the latest version of the Fitbit app downloaded.
If a period doesn’t meet the following requirements, you may receive an error and be unable to log the period:
Note that If you attempt to log a period in the future or a period with less than a one-day gap between periods, the pencil icon is unavailable. If you don’t see the pencil icon, make sure the period you’re attempting to log or edit meets all of the requirements.
During your predicted period, you’re asked to confirm whether your period started. Tap or click Yes to confirm that your period started or Not Yet if it hasn’t started. Tap or click Edit to adjust the dates before you confirm your period.
If you confirm a predicted period, the predicted period becomes a confirmed period. If you don’t confirm a predicted period, the prediction remains on your calendar. After the last day of the prediction window passes, the entire predicted period shifts to the next day. Note that the calendar doesn’t update until after midnight.
Hope this helps, I'll be around if you need further assistance!

I'm having the same issue also. I'm unable to edit the tracker. I hold down the date, both beginning and end, and neither moves. 10/15/19
Thank you!

@NikkiNJ did you tap the little pencil first? I have to tap that first and then edit.
