Me too!

It's hard to believe that this hasn't been fixed, it looks like it has been going on since the beginning of July.

Thanks for this information. When you did this, did you get all of your previously inputted data back?

Hi @HealthyChristy@Bexter1, and @reetytru.

As mentioned above, We're aware of some issues currently affecting the FHT tile on the Android - iOS version of the Fitbit app.

  • Your previously logged data may have disappeared from the calendar
  • Logging any new periods/data is not saving
  • The app will crash when trying to access the FHT tile

We've reported this to our team for investigation. We hope to get this resolved very soon, but in the meantime, we appreciate your patience.

Please let me know if there's anything else I may do to assist you in the meantime.

Is there any more news on this in the past 8 days?

A few days ago it worked for about 2 days - during this time I input all the info I had (the app had incorrect dates for my period and I had been keeping a note of everything so I could change it when it was working).

Today it's back to crashing every time I try to open it. And what's worse is it seems to have deleted all the information I added a few days ago and says my period is due to be starting 2 weeks later than it should be, which is potentially dangerous misinformation.

This is ridiculous and the fact that this has been going on for A MONTH with no input from the team other than they are "aware of the problem and working towards a solution" is a bit of a slap in the face. I've had a fitbit for years but this is seriously making me consider other trackers, because if this problem can be happening for over a month with no fix it shows they don't really care about their customers as much as one would hope.

I would love to know about the progress of a solution and when the team thinks this issue will be fixed, thanks

Hello,
Yes, still having issues with this part of the app. When it doesn't crash, it is still not working properly, showing trend data etc.
Kind regards, Holly

Yes, I am on Android. I have now stopped using fitbit. It's been months and
it hasn't been fixed which is very poor.

I updated the app and it seems to be working better. The most recent cycle does NOT appear in the trends though.  I am an android user.

Hi everyone. Thanks so much for getting back to me and letting me know how your app is doing.

We have fully released the Fitbit for iOS app version 3.5. This app version should resolve the app crash some of you were experiencing when clicking on the Female health tile.

Please make sure to update the app if you haven't yet done so.

I'm now closing this thread from further comments. If you experience the app crash again on the new app version, or if anything else comes up we'd like for you to open a new thread/discussion to report.

Also, for the ones who are on Android phone and the issue persists, you can join this thread

Thanks for all your cooperation and patience while a fix was put in place.
