iPhone app doesn't show cycle day beyond 28

On Android I used to see the current day of the cycle whenever I open the app, for example, Today, cycle day 36. I found that iPhone app shows it only up to day 28. But if it's day 29 or later, it shows "no cycles logged".

I see all previous cycles in the app, so they are logged. But even if they weren't, why can't the app just count the number of days from the first day of my period and simply show them to me? I have a very irregular cycle, so any previous data is not even relevant to the current cycle.

I tried changing the default cycle length in the settings to 40 or 50 days, but doesn't seem to have any effect.

I also tried deleting the last period and creating it again, didn't help either. Interestingly though, after I removed the last period, tapping on the calendar day to add it again showed "cycle day 40 of 68". So, it looks like it's capable of showing more than 28 days, but not for the current cycle for some reason.

Hello @irakez, it's nice to see you around here! Thanks for sharing those screenshots to show us how your data is appearing.

Can you please turn off "Predictions" and let me know if by doing this your data seems to be corrected?

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the female health tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon.
  3. Adjust your female health settings.

Please keep me posted, I'll be around!
