2019 Year in Review

I thought it would be fun to review my stats for 2019 to see how I did.  Please share yours, I'd love to see how everyone else fared.

2019YearinReview.PNG

Best Step Month: April - 505,265 steps

Best Distance Month: April - 221.83 miles

Best Floors Month: April - 573 floors

Worst Step Month: August - 352,547

Worst Distance Month: August - 149.21

Worst Floors Month: September - 105

Best Step Day: April 28th - 33,619 steps

Best Miles Day: April 28th - 16.31 miles

Best Floors Day: April 28th - 123 floors

I ran a half marathon in April, thus the huge surge in steps, distance, and floors).  August is a miserable month for steps.  It's so hot and there are too many mosquitoes.  September was a close second for worst steps, though.

Average Steps Per Day: 13,414 steps

Average Distance Per Day: 6 miles

Average Floors Per Day: 9 floors

This year, I'd like to hit 5,000,000 steps for 2020.  No other real goals other than to keep stepping and working hard.  🙂

@Heather-S I posted my summary stats for 2019 in this thread:

https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Be-Inspired/My-2019-in-retrospect-and-numbers/m-p/3969143

This year, I started looking at total ascent. It became quite important metric (and a matter of challenge with my buddies).

Edit: out of curiosity, I imported whole year 2019 to QS and came up with total vertical ascent of 9009m. Not too bad considering less time on rope and more bouldering up to 5-6 meters tall.
