Hi everyone!
I'm a total lurker but I really get a lot out of reading about other people's experiences and questions, so I thought I'd share something I've been thinking about.
I've been working on a project at work related to wellness, the different aspects that you need to look at to be in good health, and it got me thinking about something that I'm calling a "wellness toolkit" in my head. Not sure if there's already a term for this. I have built over the years a combination of apps, classes and practices that help me maintain and improve my health. I'm curious about what others do.
Here's mine:
Physical Activity
- Darebee for strength training
- Pilates class twice a week
- Zombies Run for cardio
- Lately, RingFit Adventure on Nintendo Switch
- Tracking with Fitbit
Sleep Quality
- Tracking with Fitbit
Nutrition
- Monthly nutritionist appointment
- Meal-prep for breakfast and lunch
Stress Management
- Calm app for meditation
- Bullet Journaling
Financial Health
- Spreadsheet on google docs to track my monthly budget
What do you do? Would you add any other dimensions?

I have to ask, what's a lucker?
In responce, some background first. I am a 60 yr old female living in Florida, Usa.
I have worked out in a gym, on and off for the last 40 years. Having 3 kids during that time.
I play doubles tennis 2 or 3 times a week. I lift weights and walk on the treadmill at least 5 times a week.
I have currently gone back to tracking my food intake and calorie burn in an attempt to lose 8 more pounds while adding muscle. That is the tricky part, as I don't want to lose any muscle while Iose fat.

@aecjones. finally a ? I have the answer for 😀 the term goes back to the early days of the net, yes there was internet before Google, even Yahoo and even Netscape... a lurker is a person that reads posts on line but remains silent and rarely if ever contributes . The term was more derogatory in the past but on lists such as these it really shouldn't be seen as negative in any way .

For physical activity I use just a few apps, mostly specific to my sport.
- Rockfax - most important
- VerticalLife - recent discovery, not sure what to think about it yet
- TopLogger (mostly used for logging competitions)
- TrainingPeaks (useful analytics app but not going to renew subscription when it ends)
- Quantified-self.io (it's analytics website, mostly to compute total vertical ascent on routes)
- Komoot to plan hikes and cycling trips. I can easily create route and upload to the watch for navigation.
- MetOffice - because I need to be a few steps ahead with the weather when planning for outdoors.
Finances:
- MoneyDashboard - not perfect but helps a lot with budgeting and telling me I spend too much for a coffee 😉
I don't track sleep and food (before, I used MFP). Tracking sleep I find pointless and if I need to track food again then MFP (they added lots of great stuff recently).
