Best AnswerSorry for the delay in responding wrong way - I will definately be checking oout the monthly challange group. I have been extremely ill - in fact, DD bought me my fitbit the day before my birthday and I ended up in the hospital for my birthday. Yesterday was my first day of being out of the house, let alone the bed - lol. I walked to the market with my upstairs neighbor and was very excited when on the way home my fit bit lit up with flashing lights and started vibrating - got home and checked in - I had reached my step goal for the day and logged over an hour of "very active" minutes - couponing can do that, evidently 😉
I'm going to check out that fitnesspal site too - It's just going to take some time to get used to logging every thing in. I am and have been a dilligent drinker of water for years - it's the simplest thing to ease arthritic pain ever. I just never log it in. I'll get there though 😄
Best AnswerHi everybody! I'm new to this program and would love to connect with some others to help me with my motiviation. I've actually been wearing the flex for a couple months but I've not been consistent in logging meals and exercise. Looking for others to help me with that!

Best AnswerOh my! I'm so sorry to hear about your knee. Hope it heals soon! I actually have a gym membership but between the kids being sick and me being sick or my knee hurting, it's been really hard to get there. I plan on trying to start going again this next week. I've gone back to college and I'm taking fitness as one of my electives so I have to log so many hours in at the gym to be able to get a good grade. I figured that would be enough motivation!

Best AnswerHi Trish, So hows your month been?? Wearing the fitbit has really made me aware of how sedentary I was before (so onwards and upwards I guess). Have you started increasing your steps now you are wearing it....whats your goal that you are wanting to acheive??
Best AnswerHi
I am a newbie to fitbit today. Have been using a Polar H7 for the gym which is working fab when im there but dont want to wear it all the time. I have lost 4st since xmas and want to lose another 3st at least.
Best AnswerHey all. Have literally just plugged myself in and am figuring it all out. Seems like a cool concept, so I guess the next few weeks will determine whether I am just full of hot air (or not!). I could do with a confidence boost and what is better than loosing weight and feeling fitter. Am hoping this will give me the motivation I need. Pretty cool birthday present me thinks..
