Mericleota it is easy to find the groups your in.

If your using the normal dashboard, I assume your not, it will be at the bottom of the right hand column.

If you sre using the Beta Dashboard go to the top right side and click on your picture.

Now go to thebottom of therighthand column, you will see My Groups your l]groups will be listed there.

3rd way - click on Comunity - Activaty groups - Your groups will be listed atthe top.

or http://www.fitbit.com/groups

Maybe then again you did not succesfullyjoin a group,it happens.

I'm new and have been wearing my fitbit flex for a few hours now.  I am anticipating this helping me with my past lack of motivation.

Mine syncs with the computer, my smartphone...free of charge!  Go to www.fitbit.com, get into the application and set it up.   Stick that little USB thumbdrive looking thing into the computer and it should all connect (obviously make sure the device has a battery), is on (I have to tap the zap to wake it up) and it syncs.    On my smartphone I connect through bluetooth.   It has to find the device which may vary phone to phone.  Once it's found, and I'm in the Fit Bit application, it works.

I'm new also & when I had an issue with it not recognizing my Force, I sent an email & within an hour I had my answer & everything is working great. I linked with my fitness pal and every crosses over. I'm loving it & hopefully I can get back on track. Good Luck! (the instructions were straight forward & easy-peasy)

I am a new member, this is my second day.  So far I just love my fitbit and the website.

I live in the cold Midwest, so getting my steps in is a challenge for me this time of year.

I walk when talking on the phone and found today that I can log 100 steps as I wait for a cup of coffee to heat up in the microwave.

Does anyone have any tips to share ?
