Best AnswerJust picked up my Fitbit One. Easy setup and synced it to MyFitnessPal which I stared about two weeks ago and log daily. I have a good number of friends on MFP and when I looked up friends for Fitbit....I found just one. Hopefully will get to add more.

Best AnswerI just got my new fitbit and think I have it set up OK, now I have to wait for someone to come home and fasten the clasp for me as my old fingers just can't close the jolly thing. Itching to go out for a walk and see what I clock up.
I got hubby to do it for me and I'm sure as it gets used a few times it will become easier. I was most interested in the sleep stats, I knew I was a restless sleeper but to confirm that I woke 10 times and had 9 hours restless sleep and 45 minutes good sleep was most interesting. No wonder I'm always tired.

Happy to connect up here and join in some challanges. I've got about 60lbs to lose to get to my target weight, hopefully this will be an added bit of motivation on the journey.
