Over the last few years I've heard about some people who can do different cool stuff like changing their heart-rate level in a couple of seconds, increase their pain tolerance or control the temperature of their bodies to withstand the Arctic waters.
I've watched some videos where they do different routines to prepare their minds and bodies and I know this requires a lot of practice and discipline but I was wondering, could anyone with that dedication do the same? Or maybe this is one of those things that aren't for everybody? 🤔

I’m not sure it’s really controlling my body with my mind, but I live with chronic pain and have learned that meditation, soothing music and deep breathing go a long way to dealing with it. I’ve used Fitbit’s Relation app so often over the years, that I automatically start it when things get challenging, even without starting the actual app. With that and music and simply looking out a window at nature, I can bring my pain levels down.
