  1. Where in the world are you? PNW- Idaho
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? I have a goal to keep up with my Toddlers and feel healthy. The scale has no pull on me but the mirror does
  3. How do you like to stay fit? I LOVE my peloton and the wide variety of classes they offer from weights, spinning, and HIIT
  4. What motivates you? The way I feel 100% Exercise helps keep me energized and feeling my best. I notice a decline in most aspects of my life when I am not consistent.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure: All carbs. YUM

Hi everyone,

 

  1. Where in the world are you? I'm based in Indonesia, and don't have Fitbit service center 
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? Just more Healthy .
  3. How do you like to stay fit? Walking at least 30 minutes a day! 
  4. What motivates you? To stay healthy for as long as possible so I can be active when I'm older and recover more quickly from illnesses.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure? Binge watching shows on Netflix sembodo_0-1631870210840.png

  4. What motivates you? Being able to fit into the clothes I have and not having to buy larger clothes.

Where in the world are you? Guatemala City.
What is your current health/fitness goal? Keep moving and walk as much as I can, because I was in a kind of sedentary mode. 
How do you like to stay fit? Walk at least 30 minutes every afternoon
What motivates you? Losing weight, just a little bit and be on shape.
Favorite guilty pleasure: I love food, I have only a few exceptions, but I really love eating.

New Berlin Wisconsin....I walk on average 12 miles a day( I do 8 miles at work every day in 4 1/2 hours)...bike as much as possible...was elite athlete for many years,but after 14 surgeries, including hip replacement ,they don't want me running any more...just hit 50 million steps this month..in 5 years 9 months ..I keep moving always..thanks!

  1. Where in the world are you? - Central Kansas, USA
  2. What is your current health/fitness goal? - Lose a few more lbs, put on a bit of muscle. Be generally fit for Colorado mountain hiking.
  3. How do you like to stay fit? - Treadmill daily, resistance training 3X per week, hiking, mountain biking
  4. What motivates you? - Stay fit so I can enjoy whatever as long as I can as I get older.
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure - Black licorice

 

I've been with Fitbit for a few years but never posted here for friends. I aim for 15k steps daily on weekdays. Usually around 5-10k on weekend days. Hit me up - the more the merrier!   2. What is your current health/fitness goal? My goal is to start working on loving exercise and being consistent.  
  3. How do you like to stay fit? Walking and I love classes that involve dance
  4. What motivates you? Being able to really work on me now.  Spent plenty of time being there for others but forgetting about me
  5. Favorite guilty pleasure? Taking too many "me" days

I'm looking for fitbit friends that are also working on consistency and I know that seeing their goals and achievements will inspire me to remember mine or vice versa!

Hi , I am in the same boat, and I love consistency, I do aqua fit, bums&
Tums, Clubbercise , and walking and have been going to the Gym 6 days a
week for 22 Years now, love keeping fit and enjoying life, take lots of
Care and keep on doing what you are doing!
