11 miles each morning @hayleerw6? That's pretty impressive. I also love going out to eat with my family (even when I'm older than you...), my nephew has given happiness to our family after my father passed.
Don't worry about time, it goes faster as you get older. Enjoy what you have at the moment and that you can eat a lot of Cheesecake.
Have fun in our community! 😀

Hello everyone! I’ve wanted to be part of this forum for a while. Finally, I’m here. I got my first and only Fitbit during Covid 2020. It’s been transformational. I’m in the Bay Area and an artist. My resting heart rate can go to 53 so early Covid I got so nervous I had a Telugu-doc appointment with a cardiologist. She said I was fine. My biofeedback Dr. said there’s ‘cardio-neurosis,’ or something like that. Lol! I love to do ecstatic dance, yoga, speed walking, pickleball, and swim in the sea. I’m motivated by FUN - and self-awareness. Guilty pleasure - serial snacking in the evening. Breaking a fast with a cocktail. I want to learn everything to know about my sleep and HRV. Fascinating! I want to understand why Fitbit data says ‘deep sleep’ but my heart rate is jumping all over. So much to learn.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Lightstorm and @SunsetRunner. I'm glad that you're now part of this forum.
@Lightstorm, this Covid thing really changed our lives... Really? ‘cardio-neurosis’ even the word sounds weird. I'm glad that you're able to swim in the sea, that helps a lot for the health and being close to it it's really relaxing.
What do you like to snack? I love nuts and popcorn...
I hope you can learn more about your sleep and HRV, your Fitbit will help you with that.
@SunsetRunner, how many kids do you have? Milkshakes are good. 😃
Keep on visiting the forums.

Hey @swiming, I think that he was just responding to a question. That's why he just said, "I have two girls". Remember to use the @ symbol before the name of the user to mention an specific person.
Wassup... 😋 @LilMae! I'm very glad that you have joined our Family here in the Forums. I also love horses, I read that horses are able to reflect human moods and bonding with the them helps develop self-awareness and promotes emotional healing. And the most wonderful thing is that being around horses has been proven to reduce our stress levels. Hope you have an excellent time here, check always the recent topics on Get Moving and Healthy Eating boards.
Looking forward to your new comments!
