I’ve always been a fan of Fitbit’s Relax app, which offers guided breathing sessions of 3 or 5 minutes. In the past, I‘Ve found them helpful with my chronic pain, or when I am tempted to give in to stress eating. (Do this, then decide if I still want to eat).
But during these stressful times, I find they are helpful when I’m feeling overwhelmed by all the news reports and find myself using this tool more often, and especially at nighttime.
