Did you mean:

SPO2

SPO2 will not show data in Health Metrics

Anyone else see this?

Hi @Fbrown3751. I have a couple questions before I can offer help:

  • Which Fitbit device do you have? In order to see SPo2 in health metrics, you need to have an Ionic, Sense or one of the Versa watches.
  • You must have the SpO2 clock face installed on the Fitbit Ionic, Fitbit Sense, or Fitbit Versa series to track oxygen saturation.
  • How long have you been using that clock face? It needs to collect data for several days before it starts showing data. It must calculate baseline data.

Let us know and we would be happy to help troubleshoot.

Thanks for your email
I have the Ionic
I had the SPO2 clock face installed but it was a real battery drainer
I switched back to the Med I'd face
But when you go to the Fitbit App it shows Health Metrics with a lot of
good info but when you look at the spo2 graph it says no data collected
Just wondering if there is something in the works to get that data entered
without having to use the spo2 clock face

Thanks. Hope this made sense

I'm having this issue too. So we have to use the clock face in order to see our Spo2 data in the Health Metrics tab on the dashboard? I've had my sense since Thursday and haven't seen anything under my health metrics.

Hi @Fbrown3751 and @Kayla1669 - Yes, you must use the SPo2 clock face in order to get the data. Think of it like this ... if you go to the doctor for an exam, s/he must put the oximeter on your finger in order to see oxygen saturation. Same with the clock face. It’s just the right tool for collecting the information. I use the SPo2 clock face. It took about 3 days for it to collect data then determine my baseline. After that, I can see the report on my device (after waking and starting to move around). I can also see it in Health Metrics.

Here is a workaround some have tried.

  • Change to the SPo2 clock face before going to bed
  • When you wake up, sync and wait for the SPo2 data to appear on your device. Sync again then change your clock face.

I know it’s a lot of work but it works for them. And the SPo2 clock face only captures data while you sleep.

Yep, I was getting the data when I had the SPO2 clock face on my device but
it didn't show up in Health Metrics
I'll try the work around tonight and see how it goes.

You were a great help. Thank you , have a great day and BE SAFE 😷
