oxygen readings

I am confused about the diffence in measuring blood oxygen and needing a SpO2 sensor. Can devices without SPO2 sensor still provide accurate readings of blood oxygen levels and if so which devices have spot sensors? Which devices give 24/7 blood oxygen readings

No device without an SpO2 sensor can measure blood oxygen.  Currently no Fitbits provide SpO2 readings 24/7, only overnight when asleep, and not in the form of continuous numerical detail.  These are provided on Sense Versa 2 and Versa 3.  In addition to those, I forget which other models have SpO2 sensor, and would have to look up the specs to be sure.

This help article gives more information:

How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
