Hi everyone!
For me it's cooking, a hobby I really enjoy and probably one of the activities where I spend most of my free time.
Learning new recipes and being able to create something new (that I'll be eating later 😀) is a great feeling, and it always gives me this sense of achievement, for having learned something new. 🥘
Great, thank you for sharing your hobbies as well @alish_bee @gomeshelen @Dbuck1!

Lately it's been watching a tv show i ignored for 4 yrs called the Expanse. Likely the best sci-fi made in the last 10 years.
Amazing stuff.Watched it twice now.
Also started collecting watches again although i really can't afford it.

I've had that experience as well @Bill_k, I just ignore a TV show for a very long time, and then you give to a try because there's nothing else to watch and you find out the show you've been ignoring is awesome! 😂😅
Collecting watches is a cool hobby, but definitely expensive as you mentioned. I collect coins from different places!
Best AnswerI collected coins when i was a kid and put them in those blue coin books but i have no idea where they are now.
My grandparents had a coin jar back then and i'd find a lot of old american lincoln pennies and such in it . Stuff from the 1920's .
I have only 1 coin now .It's an ancient greek or roman silver coin mounted in a bezel with a likeness of, i believe ,Hera's head in side view on 1 side an an ox or cow or something with zeus's head on it and what looks like hermes flying above it on the other..

Best AnswerI'm sure it's worth something. Even just the silver alone is worth a bit now. I wish i still had my coin book as the silver quarters would be worth something.

Really interesting, I used to collect stamps when I was little but I lost most of them when I started moving out from one place to another. I was reading that a coin’s value depends on its age, rarity, condition, and the metal it’s made of. The harder a coin is to find and the more people who want it, the more it is worth. Cha-ching! Do you have pictures of your coin book @Bill_k? 🤓

Best AnswerNo. They are lost in the same way as all my comic books got lost somehow between being in high school and going to college.
None of the coins were in mint condition so they weren't worth anything anyways.
The comic books are another thing. If i'd kept all my 12 cent comics i might be rich now.

That's too bad @Bill_k! I totally get your reference about the comic book reference. Some time ago I found the old Nintendo classic controller and Ness Zapper pistol from my brother and I just gave it away when I was moving out to a different flat and I didn't know how valuable this was for certain people. 😋 Bummer!!!
