these last three posts are great....
you know you're addicted when you go to a big box store (and don't really need to) and go up and down every aisle--every one of them-- they have a lot of aisles, lots of steps ![]()
I will get up to sweep and vaccum so that I can earn calories in case I want to eat something small before bed and I don't want to go over my goal of 1pd a week. I looooooove the FitBit data and the challange it presents to stay within your caloric goal. I'm getting my "gym rat" friends into it. After every class, they will run to me to see how many calories I burned. Purchased a "Flex" for my husband to compete in caloric input, output, and calories burned. Constantly on my laptop reviewing and analyzing my data. Love it!!
Does your Fitbit own you, or do you own a Fitbit?
Best AnswerI step in place while doing ANYTHING. I also walk around my house if I haven't already hit 10,000.
Yes!!! I think I am an Fitbit addict. SO about me mmmm I am an nkotb addict I love them. I been walking a lot and a lot wow!! that's great
I love to walk and get more steps in my day in.
GOOD Luck to you all
I am a walker I love to walk
You know you're an addict when you hit your goals by 10pm and still have the drive to hit the next level and do. Sometimes I have a hard time quitting and go up till 11:59 pm! Yes I'm a proud Fitbit Addict! 🙂
I took my husband to a Doctor Appointment and the Dr was 50 minutes late, rather than sitting for all that time, I paced around the large waiting room and read while walking. There were no other parients waiting at that time so the only people who thought I was nutz were the reception staff. I got in an additional 1 thousand steps. Thats addicted 🙂
I turn on the weather chanel while at work (only 3 days a week) and run in place whenever the local on the 8's comes on. I did not do this before I had a FitBit. Love that little thing.
