Active minutes decreasing

For the second time this week my active minutes have decreased on syncing. I had 75 minutes and when I synced it dropped to 31 minutes (after a 45 minute run and a 30 minute game of netball). Any ideas how I can fix it? I'm very addicted to hitting my targets! Thanks in advance.

Hi,

 

I have seen the same thing twice in the past two weeks. I hope to see a solution. Yesterday, I had 43 active minutes on my app display but when I synced it went to 0 minutes. On 11/20, I had 96 active minutes and when I synced it went to 24 minutes.

 

Thanks, I hope we find a solution.
