Hi all
I noticed yesterday that the number of active minutes was low. This also happened last year on DST->GMT changeover day. In addition, the graphs for number of steps and active minutes seem to be missing an hour of activity (the step count, floors climbed, etc. seem about right). Has anybody else noticed this? Does anybody know how to get fix it?
Many thanks
Alan

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you experienced with your One. Thanks for sharing all of those details.
This may have happened as a result of the time change. The time zone settings may have updated and changed creating this one hour delay.
Are you still experiencing the same? Something you can do to recover that missing hour is to manually log the activity.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!

I am having the same issue with my one. First notices a week ago when I walked 90 minutes nonstop and only recorded 60. Steps were low too, around 8,000 when I average 10,000 in 75 minutes. Same issue this week. Tried resetting through the charger. No improvement and the time change is coming this weekend... Help!

Hi Santi
Thanks for replying. I was able to create a logged activity to regain the activity time, but as usual, the number of steps was affected (the major reason I don't use activity logging). Long term, it would be better if the Fitbit software developers could find a way to prevent the issue in the first place.
Best wishes
Alan

My One has stopped syncing with my Phone or other devices. I discontinued it, as I have an Alta HR as well. I then tried to add the one back (using my iPhone). It keeps searching but does not find the One. The one is charged and I put the Alta in a different room so it would not confuse the system. Any ideas?

@bmon Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the experience you are having with your One and your activities. Thanks for sharing those details.
In this case, I'd recommend adjusting your stride length. This should certainly help you out to get the most accurate step count.
Please feel free to manually log your previous activity for you to not loose any data.
@SunsetRunner Thanks for your reply and for logging the activity manually. It's unfortunate to read that you didn't got the right amount of steps. Thanks for sharing your feedback regarding this topic.
In this case, you can add the steps manually in the online dashboard when you do this; under "distance":
@Chicom I hope you're doing well! Thanks for reporting the situation you are having with your One not setting up to your account anymore.
In this case, I'd recommend trying the steps shown on this helpful article. Try them in the order given for best result.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
