My Fitbit one will not log my activity minutes it did for two days and now it won't log it..??

Hello @Thanaso welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here 🙂 If your tracker is not syncing to your account I would recommend to restart your One. To do so please: 

 

  1. Plug your charging cable into your computer.
  2. Plug your Fitbit One tracker into the charging cable, making sure that the gold contacts on your tracker align with the gold contacts in the inside of the charger.
  3. Hold down your tracker's button for 10-12 seconds.
  4. Remove your tracker from the charging cable and press its button until the screen turns on.

This should get your One syncing to your account. If this is not the case please troubleshoot as instructed on the help article: I can't sync my tracker

you can't be active in increments. you have to remain active for 20 minutes to get 20 minutes. it does not add up. they don't tell you this but I found out by trail and error.
