I don't know why sometimes my alarm registers as off when I hold the button and other times as a snooze and continues to go off every few minutes. I'm pretty sure I'm hitting the button the same way every morning. What is the exact protocol for each method so I can stop getting the snooze?

@Muzikgrl19 Welcome to the Fitbit family! To dismiss an alarm on your Fitbit one you just need to press the button. If you do this, it won't go off again until the next time. This should stop the snooze.
If you don't dismiss an alarm, it will go off again in 9 minutes until you dismiss it.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()

@Muzikgrl19 Thanks for your reply! That is strange! It should be dismissed by pressing the button.
Try performing a restart on your One. Do this a couple of times in a row. That should fix this if there is something confusing the tracker on its inside.
Try that out and let me know how it goes!
