It would be helpful to be able to name or label different alarms, when I'm in the middle of work and an alarm goes off I don't always know what it's for and I'm not allowed to have my phone on me to use it's alarm.

It would be nice if it pops up with something such as exercise, food, test blood sugar as reminders throughout the day so nothing gets missed.

I frequently forget to do things (eat, take medications, check my blood pressure) because I'm not always able to keep track of time.
