My first fitbit was the ONE. I hate wearing things on my wrist. I lose them. I finally broke down and bought FITBIT for my wrist for the HR, but never stopped using my favorite ONE. I travel with it and it is close to my body so I never lose it. Mine still works but I understand it is discontinued. I am very disappointed. I love it's sleek design and battery life. If it finally dies, I will stop purchasing FITBIT and get an iphone watch. No more loyalty.
While you're not the first person to voice their discontent at Fitbit's model changes by threatening fellow customers like yourself that you're not going to purchase other Fitbits, what I'm not understanding is what you're seeking information on. If you're asking where to get questions answered about your Fitbit One, you can do so right here. If you're asking how to get a replacement, you can also ask that. Maybe you're asking what other models of Fitbit will work on a clip should you need a replacement?
I'm also a fan of the One. If mine dies, I'll (1) attempt replacing the battery, which I've done, or (2) buy another Fitbit. They're on eBay and other classified sites, and Fitbit created the Inspire, which can be kept in your pocket. I'm grateful the company allows us to connect with our discontinued trackers and doesn't force us to upgrade, that's respectable.

Thanks @Williger . I was a little scared as I'm not techy at all. But I also knew my hubby could finish if I didn't.
@PureEvil instructions are very good.
I'd be lost without my one have worn one since 2014 😀

Hi @MFBR , you can find that information over here: https://www.fitbit.com/us/products/find-your-fit and of cours on the internet.
Best AnswerIt’s really convenient to clip to my bra. I don’t wear a watch or bracelet or any other band and often don’t have pockets.. or gasp(!), what to do when wearing a dress!!??
I will be very sad when mine finally dies
I CONCUR! The ONE has been my favorite fitbit, the battery life is the longest and I don't have to wear it on my wrist. In fact, I find that it gets a more accurate reading than something worn on the wrist. I wanted something to track steps and elevation, so I could track my miles while hiking/backpacking/trail running. This was perfect! Unfortunately the last one I have will no longer turn on. Even though I have a fitbit watch, which is nice for the office, I miss my fitbit one!

Thank you for your reply. My ONE works perfectly fine. I was misinformed
that Fitbit had changed the software which eventually woiuld make my fitbit
ONE unoperable. I was willing to by a new fitbit ONE as a back up, just in
case mine gave out or I lost it. You are not the first person who mentioned
the inspire model. How can i find out the comparison of the ONe and the
inspire? How do they differ?
Thank you
It's hard to find a side by side comparison since the One was discontinued. These are the most notable differences:

Really miss my ONE! Couldnt purchase a new ONE and gave up and bought an Inspire! I WANT MY ONE BACK! The Inspire hurts my wrist ! and I would much prefer to be wearing a watch or bracelet! ( I ordered a clip when I purchased the Inspire (4 weeks ago) but it still hasnt arrived!)
Best AnswerInspire is not a replacement for Fitbit One. It does not do floors. I use my fitbit one for cycling by attaching it to my shoe. Sure, it's not accurate data, but it allows me to compare activity levels over a long period of time.
I have other devices for specific activities or features. The One is the device I use to measure all activities.
It is not the same as the Fitbit One. You can use your One with the Versa and sign them both up on your dashboard. They don't allow you to do that with the Inspire.
