My samsung galaxy phone tells me I need to restart bluetooth when I'm adding data to my fitbit one. When I check the phone bluetooth is already on. Can anyone explain why i receive this message

I have my Fitbit linked to my computer, and it's telling me my toggle switch is not plugged in...but it is. I take it out and plug it back in, and the computer makes the usual sound...so I know the computer sees it. Now, that I know you are having the same problem, I'm thinking the situation is with the Fitbit system.

I just went on Chat with Customer Service...They had me plug my fitbit into the charger, I gave them the number on the readout, and they fixed it for me. You might want to try chat.
