I'm in the same position my job would destroy these wrist model Fitbits and the Zip doesn't register my sleep. When they decided to dump a model it should have been the Zip, but I'll dare to say once the stock of the Zip is depleted they'll be removed also.
I love my One. (almost 29 million steps since Dec. 2013)

@OverseasCarol Welcome to the Fitbit family! I was making some research on the Feature Suggestions Board and found this idea which is asking to bring it back. However, it was marked as "Not Currently Planned", so Fitbit is not planning on bringing it back for the moment. Please check the suggestion for more details. @colddonkey
Please check this thread about Fitbit One alternatives!
See you around!

I do not accept your response as a solution, but there is no way to revert my "vote." Please undo my accidental click. I want the Fitbit One back. The other suggestions you told me were inadequate.

@OverseasCarol Thanks for your reply! I unmarked my response as a solution.
The best thing to do in this case is to ask for a future product with clip on characteristics. You can do this on the Feature Suggestions Board. Please avoid asking the One to be back as that is "Not Currently Planned". However, a future product with clip on characteristics and floor counting should be better. That way users can vote for the idea.
I found something interesting, a suggestion asking for a clip accessory for other Fitbit trackers. You can vote for that one too!
Keep me posted!
