Can I Set Up Fitbit Ultra?

Anyone know how to add a fitbit Ultra as a stand alone or 2nd device. I had the old desktop app on my previous computer and had no problems. Now that Ive built this new one with only windows 10 it makes me put the app from the app store and it only shows my Fitbit one and no Ultra. The one is connected fine, but the listing of fitbits doesn't show the ultra. This was my first fitbit and is my favorite. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I have tried everything I knew to do and find except call or message cust. support!

I don't think you'll be able to fix this. See this recent thread which has comments from the moderators regarding Ultra support:

In particular this comment:

"Unfortunately, Fitbit no longer supports the Ultra and Classic devices. The software is no longer available, and it will no longer be possible to sync them starting this August. "

@mmoore216 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for your interest in setting up Fitbit Ultra.

Just as @SteveH informed and the thread he shared, it is no longer possible to set up an Ultra. However, it seems that a user was able to find a way, but I think it is a very specific case. Check her post here. 

Fitbit Ultra is a rarity these days. It's great that you still have one.

I just built a new computer and ran into this also with my Ultra. I haven't heard back from tech support with anything yet, or from anyone here that helped. I was able to find a copy I had backed up on an external drive though and it still works. I wanted to post it here, but don't see where they left a way to do it in this. I have it as a zip file or RAR file if you or anyone needs it. I will have to get an email and try to send it that way if email will allow me to. Hopefully the files will be small enough as the zip or RAR file. Other than that, I would have to try to figure out another way to get it to anyone in need!

I'm really glad to read that you were able to find a backup of it and that it still works. It's amazing to see that your Ultra is still working.

Hi Mmoore216, any chance you still have the backup of the FitBit Ultra files? I just found my device and base and it still works so I am hoping to be able to use it and connect it to my computer.

I just found my old FitBit Ultra and have charged it up and have been wearing it but I no longer have the software. Do you still have it?
