Can I set up a Used One without a Dongle?

I lost my One but have opportunity to replace with one from an acquaintance.  However, they have no idea where the dongle is.  Can I reset that One for me without the Dongle?

 

OR, can my dongle for the lost One be used?

@E_Wall  sure, you can use your existing dongle.

 

Glad you were able to replace your One. Set it up as a new device on an existing account, if you wish to retain your history.
