Can not pair my One

Have tried for 2 days to get the one to pair to no avail. Wouldn't be surprised if I tried 50 times. Received the 4 digit code maybe 20-25 times. Followed the 4 suggested procedure....Shut the one off inside the charger and then waited maybe 15 seconds and turned back on. Got a 4 digit code after shutting my phone on and off...not even mentioning deleted Fitbit as well as my fitness pal and reinstalled...tried to pair numerous times to no avail...Don't  know where to go at this point as believe it is a Fitbit company problem .......

Yes...been using Fitbit and My Fitness Pal for several years till this happened 3 days ago...Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone
