Can't find my fitbit one but it's still logging steps and has a full battery, any way of tracking it for location?

@Kayakim perhaps your dog ate it. If so, I hope everything comes out OK. In addition to the link @JohnnyRow shared, you may want to check out the app store as both Apple and Android have "Bluetooth Finder" apps that can help determine the location of your tracker. I and others have had great success using these previously.

Hi, @Kayakim , have you find it yet? If you can still see it logging, then it means it has not been added to anyone else's account - that's good news: it's unlikely that it's been found and stolen - and in that case it is also likely that it has been in bluetooth contact with your phone. If it is still counting steps, even though you aren't wearing it, I would say that there is a good chance it was lost in your car and is picking up driving "steps" (this happened to me once).
If you google "bluetooth finder",depending on your phone you may be able to download an app which will give you a signal as you get close to your One. The One battery is pretty longlasting (depending on age and care, of course) but it woiuld be a good idea to do this as soon as possible while it still has a bluetooth signal.
Good luck! Let us know if you find it!
