My dashboard has been working great until today. Now the graphs on the daily and log pages are just blank, black rectangles and I cannot see the charted data.
However, the charts on my profile page are still readable.
I am using FireFox as a browser and Java is enabled. Is there a setting for these pages I need to change to get these graphs visible again?

Hey there @Nor_shore. Welcome to the Community! 🙂
This sounds strange... Has the same thing happened today? I'd recommend trying a different browser just to see if it has something to do with the fact that you're using that specific browser. Also if you could attach a screenshot of how it looks like, this will help a lot to determine what is going on.
I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hi @Nor_shore. It's probably because your cache is bursting at the seams or else your computer is running low RAM. I would try signing off your account, then clear your Firefox cache. Please make sure also that you're running the latest Firefox updates. The other thing to watch for also is to avoid having many other applications and web pages open at the same time that your visiting www.fitbit.com which is graphics-intensive. If your computer shares RAM with graphics memory, resources might running thin. If still no joy, tell us more about your computer configuration. I don't think Firefox per se is the issue - I've been running it for years on Windows PC and never had a problem displaying web pages except in instances when I had too many pages open at once and the browser cache was full. Hope this helps. Have a nice day!

Hi again @Nor_shore. Very, very odd indeed. Any chance you can post a screen shot of what you're looking at?
As suggested in my earlier post, it would be helpful to know more about your computer configuration. Although I do not believe that Firefox is the issue, you can nevertheless do as my friend @FerdinandFitbit suggested and try a different browser.
But honestly, to me this sounds like a resource issue, whereby your computer graphics card or RAM is not rendering a graphic-extensive web page properly. Closing all other web pages and any other apps running before signing on to your account would prove or disprove this. Have you tried it?
